Programme Manager – Trade & Economic Development

Joshua Kaile joined the MSG Secretariat in November 2024 as Program Manager for Trade, Investment, and Economic Development.

Hailing from Papua New Guinea, he has over a decade of experience in international development and trade facilitation having worked with Japan International Cooperation Agency, Australian DFAT, and Trade and Investment Queensland as Senior Manager.

Mr. Kaile is well-versed in business and economic policy and has a strong network among development partners and trade entities. He is dedicated to promoting trade and private sector growth for sustainable development in Pacific communities. He is an Alumni of Chevening Scholarship and holds a Master of Laws in International Law and Sustainable Development from the University of Strathclyde, UK.
