The Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG) Secretariat wishes to inform Member States, partners, and the general public that our headquarters building sustained significant structural damage during the 2024 magnitude 7.3 earthquake. As a result, the Secretariat has temporarily relocated to ensure the safety of staff and the continuity of operations.

The Secretariat is now operating from its temporary premises located at the:

Top Floor, Air Vanuatu Building, Port Vila, Vanuatu

All core functions and services remain fully operational at this temporary location. We continue to deliver our programs, facilitate regional cooperation, and support our Members without interruption.

We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support as we work toward restoring our headquarters facility.
