Henry Bill
Programme Manager Arts & Culture, Youth & Sports Development
Mr. Bill is from Vanuatu and comes from the Shefa Province where the capital of Port Vila is situated.
He joined the Secretariat late 2018 on a secondment basis providing support to the Sustainable Development Program.
Mr Bill was the Senior Executive Officer to the Vanuatu Honorable Minister of Youth Development and Sports from 2017 to 2019.

He was then formally appointed on the 1st of July 2025 as the Programme Manager.
He graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Public Administration Management, A Post graduate Diploma of Commerce majoring in Management and a Masters in Commerce in Public Administration Management.
